Granite Construction, a local California contractor, has been selected by Caltrans – District 5 to provide construction services through a CMGC procurement process. Caltrans District 5 is the lead agency for the project and Santa Barbara County Association of Governments (SBCAG) is the primary project sponsor. Project partners include the City of Santa Barbara, County of Santa Barbara, City of Carpinteria, SBCAG and Caltrans.
